Step 1. Joining the meeting.

  1. Click Join the meeting button

  2. This is how it looks like for admins.

  1. Click on Record the meeting to record (Important: you need to switch it on in each session).
  2. Click the Start HLS button to go live.

Until you do not click on Start HLS, participants will see this window:

At this time you can use it as a backstage, pin the speakers, choose layout etc.

  1. To turn on/off your camera click the camera icon, shown below.

  2. To turn on/off your microphone click the microphone icon, shown below.

Step 2. Sharing your desktop, screen, or content

To share your screen or content:

  1. Click Share Screen located in your meeting controls.

  2. Select one of these screen share options:

  3. Entire screen. Share your entire desktop

  4. Window. Share your specific application windows.

  5. Chrome Tab. Share one of the tabs in your browser.

Note: Share the audio system  If you check this option, any sound played by your computer will be shared in the meeting. Select the down arrow just to the right of the Share the audio option.
